The ADENION websites automatically collect and store information transmitted by the user's browser in server log files.
This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider and the like. This is only information that does not allow conclusions about your person. This information is technically necessary to correctly deliver the contents of web pages requested by you and is mandatory when using the internet. Anonymous information of this kind is statistically evaluated by us, in order to optimize our internet appearance and the technology behind it.

On some of our Websites and Services we embed YouTube videos. The corresponding plugins are operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, it will connect to YouTube's servers. YouTube will be informed which pages you visit. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. This can be prevented by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.

Our Websites use Google Conversion Tracking. If you have accessed our website via an advertisement sent by Google, Google Adwords will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clocks on a Google-served ad. These cookies lose their validity after a maximum of 90 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages on our website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Publishing of press releases / editorial / journalistic publications
By nature, our PR Services, such as PR-Gateway and affiliated news sites, are intended for publishing information. The user may provide personal information that is intended for public relations or that is part of the copy or contact information within the press releases. This information is also passed on to Third Party web sites for the purpose of publishing If selected by the user, this data may also be shared with sites located outside the European Union.
Use of the data within the plugin and the web app Blog2Social
Blog2Social ist a social media management tool. By its nature, the service enables users to share content on social networks.
When using the plugin Blog2Social no personal user data of the blog is collected on the Wordpress website of the blog owner.
Within the social media application Blog2Social, personal data of the administrator is collected. These are email address, blog user ID and blog URL. A unique user ID is generated from this data for technical purposes.
The service allows users to connect to other third party services including supported platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. When the user of the plugin/web app connects to the social networks in the admin area, the following data will be collected:
- network account ID
- network account token
- page ID
- group ID
- page name
- group name
- network account name, and
- password, if applicable, depending on the network
When user register for premium/paid services or subscribes to our newsletter in the administrator area, the following personal data is collected to provide the contractual service:
- email address
- credit card information or account data for payable services

Data Retention, Use, Access, Corrections and Removal
You have the right to request information about your stored personal data any time. However, we will use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
You can revoke your consent and subscriptions any time, with effect for the future, by notifying us per email, fax or letter.
